Because Jesus lives – because hope springs eternal – because
there is always one more surprise – we live as Easter people.
Hopeful people. Inspired people. People who know together, we
are the living body of Christ. Let us be Christ to one another –
giving and receiving in his name – and celebrating that together we
shall overcome all odds. Let us give and receive!
Thank you, God, for hope! For life. For love. Thank you for the
promise giving is receiving. Receiving is giving. Dying is the
start of new life. Thank you, God, for the patterns of seasons;
the dance of community; and the gifts we give and receive.
